An exciting opportunity has arisen to become Head of Employee Engagement for the Investment Bank (IB) division of Credit Suisse, partnering with IB business heads to help drive the strategic goals of the division, and taking responsibility for all internal communication matters. Key responsibilities:
• Draft / edit internal communications and intranet features from senior leaders about key business initiatives, organizational updates, awards, culture initiatives, quarterly earnings etc.
• Work closely with key partners to develop and deliver critical communications plans for the division, defining the calendar of activities, cadence and delivery channels
• You will collaborate across divisional and functional lines to implement global and regional campaigns and employee experiences
• A typical day could see you creating engaging communications for the Credit Suisse intranet on key business developments, drafting communications from senior leaders, working with the IB Culture team to deliver campaigns, coordinating a town hall or speaker series event, advising members of the IB Management Committee on critical communications or managing internal communications for our business functions and divisions – using the appropriate tone of voice, ensuring consistency of messaging and reflecting our strategy, business priorities and cultural values

• An equivalent experience of 5-7 years of employee engagement/internal communication.

• An understanding of the Investment Bank structure and business areas
